ZD3342 - Digiflo Issue - Local Time​

Previously the UTC offset was not always set for Tow-to locations, resulting in the local time being not calculated correctly and, in some events, not even shown on the Overview.
UTC offsets are now always requested from Google and correctly updated.

ZD3135 - Genesys Dispatch Tag appears on Policy view​

Reference to Genasys Dispatch, Error and Cancelled has been removed

  • Policy detail dropdown (at the top of screen) has been updated to remove Genesys Dispatch, Error and Cancelled.

ZD2741 - Review Assign Method Names​

  • Tooltips have been added to describe what each assignment strategy does.

  • The auto assign (proximity) option has been removed.

  • Direct: Directly assign a provider. Requires a phone call to provider before assigning to them.

  • Direct Offer: Requires provider to accept or decline

  • Start Auto Assign: Offers to provider based on panel and area configuration. Requires provider to accept or decline

ZD3226 - Google API Upgrade - Fixes and Enhancements​

  • Previously the UTC offset was not always set for Tow-to locations, resulting in the local time being not calculated correctly and, in some events, not even shown on the Overview.  UTC offsets are now always requested from Google and correctly updated

  • Map flicker: changing the address details in Manual Location mode caused excessive map flicker.  This was resolved

  • Clear previously selected location details when a new location type is selected.

    • When you select a location, e.g. a mechanic, then go to another input method and then back to mechanic, the previously selected mechanic should be cleared. 
    • Please note that "Home" and "Other" locations are technically the same and, in this instance, a previous selection is kept.  If you entered an "Other" location and then realise this must be "Home", the selected location will be kept and just flagged as "Home".  Vice versa can you also enter a "Home" location and then change it too "Other".  You can obviously manually clear the address details (by clicking the X in the address selector box) if the entered details are incorrect

The day/date/time is populated based on where the vehicle and destination locations are.
